My Story

I’m a teacher, coach and business mentor. I live and work from my intuition, but that wasn’t always the case.

I was an inquisitive, artistic and sensitive child.

And while my parents encouraged all of my interests, somewhere along the way I learned that I probably needed to follow the smart, sensible, practical road to be successful by society’s standards (which I’ve since learned are not my standards at all). 

I took math and science courses, did all the extracurriculars, got straight As, was accepted into a great college and decided to pursue a degree in business. Before graduating (with honors) I had started to study for my CPA license and had a job secured at a big 4 public accounting firm.

My life was going according to my plan (haha!), but what I didn’t realize then was that there was a bigger, much different plan for me.

One that was much more aligned with my spirit… but one that I had been ignoring because it didn’t fit with what society told me was a “good life.”

Throughout my schooling and when I started to work in the corporate world I heard whispers from what I now know was my intuition. Mostly I heard —

Finally, I began to listen. A series of what I now see as fortunate events made me start to pay attention to that little voice inside, and I’m glad I did because eventually it led me out of the corporate world and into greater alignment with my soul’s purpose, living and working the way I live and work today.

I now know I’m here for a reason, and I trust that you are too.

Your life and work don’t have to feel like a pile of shoulds. I’m not saying it will all be rainbows and crystal butterflies, but it can feel more easeful, more purposeful and a heck of a lot more magical.
